Mechanical Warranty

Your Tom Hessin fountain pen is covered by a two-year mechanical warranty from the date of purchase. Should a fault in materials or workmanship occur within this period, the pen will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Beyond the guarantee period, our dedicated service team remains on hand to assist with repairs, maintenance, or advice. We treat every instrument with the same care with which it was made — ensuring it continues to write as elegantly as the day it left our workshop.
