Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may return most new and unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for personalised or engraved items unless faulty.

  • Returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked postal service.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Mechanical Warranty

Tom Hessin fountain pens may be repaired or replaced in the case of mechanical failure within a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover damage due to improper use or normal wear. In all cases, proof of purchase must be provided.
